Bourbon Glazed Sweet Potatoes

Bourbon Glazed Sweet Potatoes are incredibly sweet and delicious. They are a perfect Thanksgiving side dish -- so simple to make and completely plant-based.

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Sweet Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Date Syrup
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Bourbon
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Chop the sweet potatoes into small chunks.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the sweet potatoes with the date syrup and bourbon. Arrange the sweet potatoes on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with salt and pepper, enjoy!
