Cinnamon Candied Pecans

- 1 Cup Raw Pecans
- 1 Tablespoon Date Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Date Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. While the oven is preheating, soak the pecans in water.
- When the oven is ready, drain the pecans. Place in a medium bowl. Add the date syrup, date sugar, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
- Place the pecan mixture on the lined baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes. Stir every 10-15 minutes.
- When the date syrup has hardened and is just starting to turn brown, remove the pecans from the oven. Let them cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes or until the date syrup is fully hardened. Enjoy!
