Ingredients

  • 1 Can Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Date Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Pecan Butter*
  • 1/4 Cup Oat Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Date Syrup
  • 2 Teaspoons Maple Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup Toasted Pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place all the ingredients, except the chopped pecans in the food processor. Process until all the ingredients are completely combined.
  3. Stir in the pecans.
  4. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!
