Ingredients

Salad

  • 8 Ounces Fresh Spinach
  • 2 Large Fuji Apples
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1/2 Cup Corn Kernels
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Red Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds

Dressing

  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Slice the apples into thin wedges. Peel the kiwis and slice them into discs.
  2. Divide all the salad ingredients evenly into four bowls.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup. Dress each salad as desired. Enjoy!
