Mocha Chip Almonds

Sweet, crunchy, covered in coffee and chocolate, these Mocha Chip Almonds make a delicious and healthy sweet treat. Made with only three ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate*
  • 1 Tablespoon Espresso Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Almonds

Instructions

  1. Microwave the chocolate on half power in 30 second increments. Stir between increments to avoid overheating the chocolate. Mix in the espresso powder.
  2. Using a spoon, dip the almonds into the chocolate. Place them on a sheet of parchment paper to cool. Allow them to set – you can speed up this process by putting them in the refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy!

*If you would like a sweeter treat replace some of the unsweetened chocolate with a dark or semi-sweet vegan chocolate.
