Ingredients

  • 4-6 Parsnips
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or with a sprinkle of water.
  2. Peel and chop the parsnips into thin wedges.
  3. Arrange the parsnips on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place parsnips in the oven and roast until the parsnips begin to brown. Stir every 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
