Oil-Free Roasted Parsnips
Oil-Free Roasted Parsnips are crispy and sweet, colorful and flavorful, the perfect fall vegetable. Roasted without oil, these parsnips are healthy and delicious!

- 4-6 Parsnips
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or with a sprinkle of water.
- Peel and chop the parsnips into thin wedges.
- Arrange the parsnips on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place parsnips in the oven and roast until the parsnips begin to brown. Stir every 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
