Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Medjool Dates, pitted
  • 1 Cup Peanuts
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until they mixture starts to stick together. Press into a square baking pan. Freeze for 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Because these bars have a raw banana, I advise storing them in the fridge or freezer.
