Purple Pear Oatmeal

- 1/3 Cup Rolled Oats gluten free, if necessary
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Asian Pear
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds
- 1 Teaspoon Maqui Powder
- Add oats and water to a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. While the oats are cooking, chop the pear into small slivers (see blog post for pictures).
- When the oats are done, stir in the chopped pear, flaxseeds, and maqui powder. Enjoy your purple breakfast!
