Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Rolled Oats gluten free, if necessary
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Asian Pear
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Maqui Powder

Instructions

  1. Add oats and water to a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. While the oats are cooking, chop the pear into small slivers (see blog post for pictures).
  2. When the oats are done, stir in the chopped pear, flaxseeds, and maqui powder. Enjoy your purple breakfast!
