- Fresh Raspberries
Creamy Garlic Turmeric Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Chickpeas
- 1/2 Cup Aquafaba
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- Black Pepper, to serve
- Make the dressing. Add the chickpeas, aquafaba, garlic, turmeric, salt and pepper to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Then, assemble the salads. Add a bed of kale to a bowl. Top with fresh raspberries, walnuts, and chickpeas. Drizzle with the dressing and enjoy!
