  • Kale
  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Walnuts
  • Chickpeas

Creamy Garlic Turmeric Dressing

  • 1/2 Cup Chickpeas
  • 1/2 Cup Aquafaba
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • Black Pepper, to serve

Instructions

  1. Make the dressing. Add the chickpeas, aquafaba, garlic, turmeric, salt and pepper to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Then, assemble the salads. Add a bed of kale to a bowl. Top with fresh raspberries, walnuts, and chickpeas. Drizzle with the dressing and enjoy!
