Ingredients

  • 3 Beets
  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 2 Apples
  • 1/2 Cup Vegan Yogurt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400.
  2. Trim the tops and bottoms off of the beets. Wrap each beet in aluminum foil. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 60 minutes, or until the beets are fork tender. Let cool.
  3. Add all the cooked beets and remaining ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Top with additional yogurt, if desired. Enjoy!
